Vehicle broken into literally 10m from the paystation. Not safe. Guards don't care
Someone has broken into our car and on a separate occasion someone has stolen our towbar while parked in this parking lot.
Card skimming by attendants. Run your card multiple times and refuse to give you the declined slip for the POS machine.
Not secure. Was ambushed by 20 men when I got in my vehicle, whilst car guards and payment attendee looked on without taking action. Thereafter, the attendee made a fuss about letting me out of the lot (after everything has just been stolen from me) - and attendee suggested others have simply driven through the boom in the past??? Makes me think this is not the first time. Do not be fooled by the booms and payment - this is not a safe parking lot.
Great spot and convenient, not undercover for rainy days.

Motorcycle Parking
There is ample parking in the city. C/Town City Council and Town Planners must be commended. If not in every block, then in every second block of streets you will find unpaid, ample (and empty!) motorcycle parking. It is clearly delineated and look out for a blue park-sign that shows bike-depiction + P. As you get closer to the CBD, there is even more ample parking - no signage but road-pillars make it impossible for anything but motorcycle to park there.
